This set includes two forged knives designed for deboning and pork preparation. Each knife features a wooden handle with a metal ring at the end for grip and hanging. The blades are made from 5CR steel, with lengths of 10.5cm and 15cm, and thicknesses of 4mm and 3mm respectively.
